Zarmin, Zarmin Pro and Zarmin Admin ยท Last updated October 25, 2026
These terms apply when you use Zarmin's apps and websites. By using them, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
The service
Zarmin lets customers ask for places to be recorded and lets pros record them. Zarmin is invite-only: you need an invite code to create an account. We may change, pause or stop parts of the service at any time.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give a mobile number you control.
- Keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Recording rules
- Record only from places where you are allowed to be, and follow local laws, including laws on privacy, trespassing, drones and recording people.
- Do not record inside private homes or other private spaces without permission, and do not single out or follow private individuals.
- Do not upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Admins review recordings and may decline, edit or remove anything that breaks these rules.
Content
You keep the rights you have in what you record or upload. You give Zarmin permission to store, process, review and deliver it as needed to run the service, including delivering a pro's recording to the customer who asked for it.
Text messages (SMS)
- Program: Zarmin account texts: sign-in codes you ask for, and one answer to an invite request (an invite code, or a note that the request is in our queue).
- How you opt in: by asking for a sign-in code in the app, or by sending an invite request with the box agreeing to a text about it ticked (it is unticked until you tick it). Details: SMS terms.
- How often: only when you ask for a code, and one text per invite request. No marketing texts.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stop or get help: reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also contact us below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our privacy policy for how we handle your number. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
No guarantees
Zarmin is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every request will be recorded. To the extent the law allows, Zarmin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you in the app about important changes. Using Zarmin after a change means you accept the new terms.
